We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our ANZ Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team based at our client site in Clayton, Victoria.
This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment while delivering exceptional candidate, hiring manager, and client experiences.
This is a highly visible, client-facing role requiring the successful candidate to work on-site 3-4 days per week in Clayton. As an embedded talent partner, you will develop trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders, providing strategic recruitment advice, market insights, and workforce planning support. The role requires a recruiter who is confident engaging with senior stakeholders, influencing hiring decisions, and acting as a trusted advisor across multiple business functions and levels of leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
Work on-site at client locations 3-4 days per week to provide embedded recruitment support and strengthen stakeholder partnerships.
Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements, workforce planning needs, and recruitment priorities.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with client objectives and business goals.
Source, screen, assess, and manage candidate pipelines across a broad range of professional, technical, operational, and corporate positions.
Build and maintain talent pools to support both current and future hiring requirements.
Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining high levels of quality, responsiveness, and service excellence.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, offer management, reference checking, and onboarding activities.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Act as a trusted advisor by providing market intelligence, salary benchmarking, talent insights, and recruitment best-practice guidance.
Influence hiring decisions through data-driven recommendations and market expertise.
Facilitate recruitment reviews, workforce planning discussions, and stakeholder meetings.
Monitor recruitment metrics, pipeline health, and hiring progress, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, recruitment processes, employment legislation, and data integrity standards.
Maintain accurate records within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.
Support recruitment projects, talent mapping initiatives, workforce planning activities, and strategic hiring programs as required.

You are an experienced recruiter with strong consulting and stakeholder management capabilities. You are passionate about delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes and enjoy partnering with hiring managers to solve complex talent challenges.
You are comfortable operating in a client-facing environment, building credibility with senior leaders, and providing strategic advice while maintaining accountability for recruitment delivery. You thrive in a fast-paced setting, can manage competing priorities effectively, and are committed to delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.
Skills & Experience
Extensive experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing and sourcing through to offer management and onboarding.
Demonstrated experience supporting multiple client accounts and delivering recruitment outcomes across complex stakeholder environments.
Proven experience working directly with senior leaders, hiring managers, and executives, with the ability to influence, challenge, and guide hiring decisions.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility and act as a trusted advisor at all levels.
Previous experience working within an RPO environment and/or in an embedded onsite recruitment model is highly desirable.
Experience supporting large enterprise or multinational organisations across multiple business units.
Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies, talent mapping, workforce planning, and market intelligence.
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment activity while maintaining quality and service excellence.
Excellent commercial acumen and ability to balance client expectations with recruitment outcomes.
Strong knowledge of the Australian employment market and current recruitment trends.
Exceptional organisational, planning, and time management skills.
Highly resilient, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing and recruitment technologies.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing ANZ team.
