Truck Tyre Fitter/Road Service Fitter -

Goodyear fleet is seeking an experienced Truck Tyre Fitter/Road Service Fitter to join our team in Brisbane North side and surrounding areas. As a fulltime member , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of heavy vehicle tyre fitting across the Greater Brisbane area.

What you'll be doing

• Fitting, repairing and replacing truck and heavy vehicle tyres on-site and in our workshop
• Diagnosing tyre, wheel, and rim issues
• Performing tyre rotations, balancing, pressure checks, and puncture repairs
• Providing 24/7 roadside assistance and tyre-related services to our commercial customers
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all work completed
• Identifying and reporting any additional vehicle maintenance requirements
• Liaising with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service as per there service level agreements
• Adhering to all relevant safety standards and procedures

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Truck Tyre Fitter or Road Service Fitter, preferably within the commercial vehicle industry
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Flexible approach to work hours, including availability for 24/7 callouts when needed
• Current driver's licence
