Working closely with the Partnership & Liaison Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations through local procurement, customer service, and administration. This is a diverse role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage local procurement and supplier relationships
Process purchase orders and coordinate deliveries
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Data entry and maintenance of company records
Process invoicing and related documentation
Receive and reconcile incoming raw materials and ingredients
Liaise with internal departments to support production requirements
General administration and office support duties
About You
Previous experience in customer service, purchasing, administration, or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
The ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
Experience within manufacturing, food, or beverage industries will be highly regarded
