Air conditioning installer

Energy Air (Qld) Pty Ltd is seeking experienced air conditioning installers to join our teams at both Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast

Energy Air services a vast area in South East Queensland supplying air conditioning installations to some of Queensland's largest builders. Due to continued growth we currently havevacancies forAir conditioningInstallers for houses under construction.

We are looking forhard workingand enthusiastic Installers. They would be expected to work alone, and with others in a close knit team. Also be able to work autonomously, with a high level of professionalism.

A good work history with references is required. Excellent earning potential including fully maintained company vehicle anduniformsprovided.

What you will be doing

Installing air conditioning systems in houses under construction

Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications to ensure correct installation

Testing installed systems to verify they meet safety standards and performance requirements

Ensuring all work complies with relevant Australian standards and regulations

Keeping accurate records of work completed and materials used

Providing customers with advice on system operation and maintenance

Working safely on site and adhering to all health and safety protocols

Collaborating with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule

What we're looking for

A current qualification in air conditioning installation or equivalent trade experience

A valid refrigerant handling licence (or willingness to obtain one)

Electricians with a refrigerant handling licence will be highly considered

Proven experience installing air conditioning systems in houses under construction.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical principles relevant to air conditioning

Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in the trade

Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and specifications

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and team members

A commitment to health and safety practices on site
