What You’ll Do:

• Lead, inspire, and mentor your sales team to consistently exceed sales targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences across every interaction.
• Implement innovative strategies that drive growth and maximise revenue.
• Collaborate with other brand teams across the Automall Aspley site to create a seamless, customer-first experience.
• Stay up to date with market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity.
• Oversee the end-to-end sales process with a strong focus on compliance and operational excellence.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in a Sales Manager or leadership role within the automotive industry.
• A track record of driving results and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• A passion for creating a positive, high-performance culture.
• Full and current Manual Driver’s Licence; Motor Salesperson or Dealer Licence preferred.
• Ambition, professionalism, and the drive to succeed in a growing business.
