Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager the position priorities are to manage and further develop the well-established client base within your shared territory, whilst identifying and maximizing sales growth and new business opportunities.

You are a sales and results driven negotiator and pride yourself on your ability to build strong interpersonal relationships. You possess the initiative, desire and capacity to "take ownership" of a quality account base. Previous B2B sales experience would be advantageous within the Education and Community Space Industry sectors, however your "can do" attitude coupled with outstanding people and networking skills are the primary considerations.

Additional and desirable skills:

Interpretation of Library and Learning Space floor plans with respect to floor space dimensions and the footprint of Shelving and Furniture products to help create functional and effective proposals

Assess best Shelving, Seating, and Table configurations to modify or update existing spaces

Ability to understand product dimensions, substrates, fabrics and finishes and how they best suit space and colour palettes

Communicate effectively with Library and Education customers and networks.

You are a motivated and resourceful individual capable of operating effectively and independently within the Region. Success is very much based on a consistent plan with face-to-face customer calls that help to build a healthy pipeline of opportunities whilst growing brand presence in the territory.

The successful applicant needs to have their home base in Northern Sydney with a requirement to cover City, Suburban, and regional travel.
