Pay Rate:$38.89 per hour + Super
Location: GosfordMonday to Friday/ 35 hours per weekWorking from home optionASAP Start
About the client:
Our client is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join a leading NSW Government department based in Gosford.
This position will see you working on a casual ongoing basis Monday to Friday.
About the role:
You will be responsible for assisting and maintaining day to day administrative tasks.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Responding to customer enquires
- Assisting with customer complaints,
- Providing assistance and accurate information in a timely manner
- Deliver high-quality customer service values
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
To be successful for this position you will need to:
- Previous customer service experience(call service, admin, retail)
- Availability to work Monday to Friday
- Available to commence for an immediate start
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills required
