As we continue to grow our presence in Victoria, we areseeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager based in Melbourneto help accelerate business growth, strengthen client relationships, and winnew opportunities across the market. This is a hands-on, sales-focused rolesuited to someone who thrives on networking, developing opportunities andbuilding long-term partnerships within the infrastructure, engineering, andutilities sectors.

About the Role

Our Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role indriving revenue growth and expanding ISGroup's market presence across Melbourneand Victoria. Focused on generating new business opportunities andstrengthening strategic client relationships, you will lead growth initiativesacross surveying, geospatial and utility mapping services. This role is heavilymarket-facing and suited to someone who enjoys building networks, identifyingopportunities, and converting relationships into long-term partnerships.Working closely with operational leaders and our national growth team, you willhelp position ISGroup as a trusted partner to infrastructure, government,transport, utilities, energy, and development clients across Victoria's growinginfrastructure market.

Key Responsibilities

• Drivebusiness development and sales activity across Melbourne and Victorianinfrastructure, utilities, and government sectors
• Identify,pursue, and secure new client opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Buildand strengthen relationships with engineering consultants, contractors,developers, and asset owners
• Supportmajor tenders, proposals, and client presentations to win new work
• Maintaina strong sales pipeline and work closely with operational teams to delivergrowth targets

About You

You Will Bring

• Provenexperience in business development, sales or client management withininfrastructure, engineering, surveying or geospatial sectors
• Strongnetworks and relationships across Melbourne and Victorian infrastructure,utilities or government markets
• Aproactive, hunter-style approach to generating and converting new businessopportunities
• Excellentcommunication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Commercialacumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive revenueoutcomes

Key Requirements

• Bachelor'sdegree in business, engineering, geospatial science, surveying or relateddiscipline (desirable)
• Currentdriver's licence
• Willingnessto travel across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria as required
