We are a boutique, family-owned early childhood centre led by a psychologist and grounded in child-first principles. Our centre is known for its supportive environment, exceptional work culture, and genuine passion for early learning.

We are currently seeking a dedicated, professional and nurturing Early Childhood Educator to join our team on a casual basis (10+ hours per week), with strong potential for growth into a part-time role for the right person.

Early Childhood Educator – Casual (10+ hrs/week) | Boutique Family-Owned Centre

About the Role:

  • Minimum 10 hours per week, with flexibility.

  • Casual position initially, with pathway to permanent part-time.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a proven, impeccable employment history, with detailed references and cross-checks.

  • Is reflective, professional, and passionate about continuous growth and learning.

  • Possesses excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

  • Brings joy, creativity, and a sense of purpose to their practice.

Essential Requirements:

  • Relevant Early Childhood Qualification (minimum Certificate III, Diploma preferred).

  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).

  • Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis & Asthma training (or willingness to obtain).

  • Understanding of EYLF, NQS and regulatory frameworks.

  • Commitment to safeguarding children and maintaining high professional standards.
