\nAbout the Role\n
\nPraveen Reddy Property established in 2023 is seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team and support the continued growth of our property and construction-related business.\n
\n
\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, promoting our services, generating new business opportunities, strengthening our brand presence and identifying new market opportunities.\n
\n
\nKey Duties and Responsibilities\n
\n•Research property and construction industry trends, competitors, customer needs and market opportunities.\n
\n•Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's property, building and construction services.\n
\n•Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email and the company website.\n
\n•Prepare marketing content, brochures, property/project profiles, capability statements and promotional materials.\n
\n•Manage the company's brand and ensure consistent presentation across all marketing channels.\n
\n•Analyse campaign results, website traffic, enquiries and conversion rates.\n
\n•Identify target markets and develop lead-generation strategies for residential and commercial projects.\n
\n•Advise management on service positioning, pricing, promotions and business-growth opportunities.\n
\n•Coordinate with designers, photographers, advertising agencies and other external service providers.\n
\n•Manage marketing budgets and prepare performance reports for management.\n
\n•Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies, Australian Consumer Law, advertising standards and relevant industry regulations while operating within approved marketing budgets.\n
\n•Continuously identify innovative marketing opportunities, emerging technologies and customer engagement strategies to support the company's long-term growth and competitive position.\n
\n
\nSkills and Qualifications\n
\n•Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.\n
\n•At least one year of relevant experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.\n
\n•Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media and online advertising.\n
\n•Strong analytical, organisational and project management skills.\n
\n•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n
\n•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.\n
\n•Strong understanding of lead generation, customer engagement and brand development.\n
\n•Experience in the property and construction industry will be highly regarded.\n
