Love Fitness, the Outdoors & Technology? Our client’s teams are expanding, and we’re recruiting THREE new Product Support Specialists to join their growing team in Marsden Park.
We’re recruiting on behalf of an internationally recognised brand creating innovative technology for people who love fitness, performance and the outdoors.
What you'll be doing
You’ll help customers get the most from their products, providing support across:
- Product setup and troubleshooting
- Customer enquiries via phone and email
- Features, functionality and technical support
- Warranty and product enquiries
- Finding solutions and following up with customers
- Keeping up with new products and technology
About you
You might be a fitness fanatic, outdoor enthusiast, tech lover or simply someone who loves helping people solve problems.
You’ll bring:
