The Role

As a Site Manager you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the construction of an $400M New Build project in the Western Suburbs. You will be responsible for coordinating on-site activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a safe working environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.


To Be Considered

To be considered for this unique opportunity, we are looking for;

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in Tier 1 / 2 commercial construction
  • Demonstrated experience delivering heavy structural works, including large reinforced concrete, structural steel and associated structural packages, from construction planning through to completion
  • Strong track record managing complex site operations, subcontractors, logistics, sequencing, safety and quality on projects of significant scale and value.
  • Experience working on projects valued at $1 billion+ or of comparable complexity and construction intensity will be highly regarded.
