We are seeking Casual Child Care Workers (Certificate III) to support the delivery of educational programs and provide a safe, nurturing and engaging setting for children. You will work closely with educators, children and families to contribute to positive learning outcomes while ensuring the wellbeing and safety of all children in care.

About the Role:
As the Casual Child Care Worker (Certificate III), you will:
Support the delivery of quality early childhood education and care programs.
Ensure the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children attending the centre.
Build positive and professional relationships with children, families and team members.
Engage children in developmentally appropriate learning experiences and play-based activities.
Always maintain staff-to-child ratios and effective supervision.
Follow centre policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Maintain high standards of health, hygiene and safety.
Observe and support children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
Promote diversity, inclusion and respect for all families and cultures.
What You’ll Bring:
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved).
CHCPRT025 Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk (or equivalent).
Current First Aid Certificate.
National Child Safety Training (Foundation).
Current Paid Working With Children Check.
Experience working with children aged 0-6 years in an education and care setting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Understanding of multicultural and anti-bias approaches to early childhood education.
Basic computer and administrative skills.
Experience facilitating creative activities including art, music, movement and dramatic play.
