Job Title: Associate- Land Development/Resi-Property Mgmt

Job Summary
Theroleis initially required to oversee all on-site activities for land development projects, ensuring that construction and development work are completed on time by coordinating with builder and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the project. It is also responsible for managing the residential properties leasing or sales matters by working with real estate agents. Candidates with relevant experience in property development, construction, town planning, engineering, real estate or project coordination will be highly regarded
Key Responsibilities
Land Development
Assist Management with periodic coordination of land acquisition and development projects
Assist in tracking project progress, key milestones, approvals and outstanding matters
Periodically visit the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Assist with project documentation, correspondence, reports and record keeping
Conduct property, market and project-related research as required
Monitor project expenditures and ensure costs are within the approved budget
Serve as the primary point of contact for family office, providing regular updates to senior management.
Prepare and submit periodic progress reports.
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with communicating with leasing agents for any vacating properties
Collaborate with internal finance team, resi-management team and external agents to identify the outstanding matters
Provide periodic updates and reports to senior management.
Assist with organising agreements, contracts, and other documentation.
Assist with tracking the progress of leasing transactions and ensure all deadlines are met.
Conduct research on comparable properties and market trends to assist in pricing strategies.
Provide management with insights into local market conditions and competitor activity.
Qualifications
Relevant certifications are a plus.
No minimum experience requirement but relevant industrial experiences are desired.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Microsoft Office software
Other Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
