We are looking for an Educatorwho:
Is willing to rethink approaches to programming and documentation and be dedicated to implementing an inquiry and research based curriculum
Feels inspired by children and the learning that takes place, viewing children as capable and competent
Hasan understanding of both the EYLF and the NQS
Hasthe ability to work collaboratively as a team
Is flexible and reliable
Hasa deep respect for children and is able to explore new ideas with children, as co‑researchers and co‑learners
Is supportive of the use of the 100 Languages of Children, encouraging children to have opportunities to express their ideas, hypotheses and theories
Is able to create inviting, inspiring and challenging learning environments, seeing the value of ‘the environment as the 3rd teacher’
Is joyful in their work and engagement with children and families.
Requirements:
An ACECQA approved Certificate 3, Diploma or be studying towards
Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or we will pay for training)
Current Working with Children Check
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
