The Freehouse is a new 170-seat bar and kitchen in Collingwood, backed by TWØBAYS Brewing Co. We're building a strong kitchen team to gear up for a big summer and beyond, and we're looking for chefs at every stage of their career. The food is Modern Australian with South American influences, built on quality Victorian and Australian produce wherever we can get it. The menu is fresh and approachable, and it's designed to sit alongside TWØBAYS' range of gluten-free beers. That means dietary-friendly cooking isn't an afterthought here. It's part of how we work.

Part-time, Fulltime and Casual roles available
Wednesday - Sunday roster, no late nights with our kitchen wrapping up usually around 10pm
