Site Manager -Night Shift

Ecowize is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead our night-shift cleaning and hygiene operations at a major food manufacturing site in Murarrie, Brisbane.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows industrial cleaning, understands the importance of hygiene and food safety, and can bring out the best in a team.

The role
As Site Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the successful day-to-day delivery of our cleaning and hygiene services on site. You’ll lead Supervisors, Team Leaders and Hygiene Operators, ensuring the team is organised, supported and consistently delivering to company and customer standards.
This is a full-time night-shift position, Monday to Friday, 9:30pm–6:00am, based on site in Murarrie.
What you’ll be responsible for
Leading and supporting the night-shift team to deliver consistently high cleaning and hygiene standards.
Managing daily site operations, staffing, work allocation and cleaning schedules.
Monitoring service quality through regular inspections and addressing issues before they become problems.
Coaching, training and developing employees to build an engaged, accountable and high-performing team.
Maintaining strong working relationships with the customer and key site stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, health and safety and Ecowize procedures.
Managing cleaning equipment, chemicals, consumables and site resources effectively.
Identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity and service delivery.
Managing site reporting, administration and employee documentation.
The is particular emphasis on safe work practices, quality inspections, employee development and proactive resolution of customer concerns.
What we’re looking for
You’ll need previous experience in industrial cleaning and demonstrated supervisory or site leadership experience.
Ideally, you’ll also bring experience within food manufacturing, food hygiene or another highly regulated operational environment. This role requires prior cleaning-industry experience, ideally food hygiene, along with experience successfully managing teams in a similar environment.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and cleaning systems will also be highly regarded.
