About the role
Teacher Aides at Faith play an integral role to support Teachers and help students to fulfil their God-given potential. This acknowledges the importance of allowing academic, social and spiritual opportunities to grow.
Key responsibilities
- Provide critical classroom and administrative support to the Teachers, to deliver a high quality online educational service to students.
- Participate in School events, workshops and professional development days.
- Actively support and promote the Christian ethos and core values of Faith Christian School (Distance Education).

About you
- A current paid Working With Children Check (Blue Card).
- Possess a strong Christian character and support Faith's Christian values to provide pastoral care.
- Qualification in Education Support or similar.
- Demonstrated experience as a Teacher Aide or similar.
- An understanding of and commitment to student wellbeing.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with students, families and colleagues.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Possess intermediate to advanced technical skills, including experience with educational software and ability in using technology in the learning process.
