As an Educator, you will:
- Create engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Build positive and respectful relationships with children
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with Educators, Teachers and the wider team
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
- Maintain strong relationships with families and the community
- Follow bestchance's commitment to child safety and wellbeing
About you
We would love to hear from you if you have:
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
Or are currently studying towards an approved qualification
You will also bring:
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Commitment to children's safety, learning and wellbeing
- A willingness to learn and grow within the role
