Housemark is looking for a New Business Leasing Consultant to help bring newly onboarded properties to market and guide prospective tenants through the leasing process. You’ll work closely with our Senior Leasing Consultant, with support and direction as you manage your daily activities.

We’re a specialist property management business operating across Queensland and Victoria. Property management is our whole business, with dedicated teams, clear processes and technology that helps us look after properties, landlords and tenants.
What you’ll be doing
Preparing engaging rental advertisements and keeping listings accurate and up to date.
Coordinating and conducting open homes and private inspections.
Responding to enquiries and keeping prospective tenants informed.
Processing rental applications, checking references and following up missing information.
Sharing applicant recommendations and campaign updates with the Senior Leasing Consultant.
Gathering inspection feedback and identifying ways to improve property presentation and marketing.
Working with our New Business and Property Management teams to make each handover run smoothly.
Keeping records and follow-up tasks current in Inspect Real Estate and PropertyMe.
What you’ll bring
You enjoy meeting people, stay organised when things get busy and follow through on what you say you’ll do.
We’d also love to see:
Experience in residential leasing or property management.
Clear, friendly communication in person and in writing.
Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to solving problems.
Confidence using property software. Experience with Inspect Real Estate and PropertyMe is an advantage.
Relevant real estate qualifications or eligibility for the role.
Support and guidance from the Senior Leasing Consultant.
A varied role combining property marketing, inspections and customer relationships.
Hands-on experience within a specialist property management business.
