You’ll play an important role supporting Bunnings Warehouse customer campaigns, bringing together brand thinking, commercial priorities and strong campaign execution. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be trusted to get involved quickly, build strong relationships across the business and keep campaigns moving in a busy retail environment. It’s a million ways to make an impact, with the opportunity to contribute your experience to work that is highly visible to our customers.

What's involved

  • Lead and support the delivery of customer‑facing retail brand campaigns from planning through to execution

  • Work closely with internal teams and partners to bring integrated campaigns to life across relevant customer channels
  • Keep multiple campaign deliverables moving in a fast‑paced retail environment
  • Bring sound judgement and practical solutions when priorities shift or timelines are tight
  • Champion consistency in how the Bunnings brand shows up for customers
  • Build trusted relationships quickly and create clarity across stakeholders, timelines and deliverables
  • Use your retail marketing experience to identify opportunities to strengthen campaign outcomes and customer impact

About You

You’re an experienced marketer who understands the rhythm of retail and enjoys being close to the work. You know how to balance longer‑term brand thinking with the pace, competing priorities and delivery focus that come with a large retail environment. You’ll be joining a collaborative team that values people who share ideas, pitch in and build strong relationships. With a short runway to make an impact, you’ll be comfortable stepping into an established environment, asking the right questions and quickly understanding what needs to happen next. You’ll also bring a practical, customer‑first mindset and be comfortable taking ownership. We’ll back you to contribute your experience while Inspiring you to give it a red hot go.

What you’ll need

  • Ideally 7+ years’ experience across brand, campaign or integrated marketing roles
  • Strong retail marketing experience, with a clear understanding of operating in a fast‑paced retail environment
  • Experience delivering consumer‑facing retail brand campaigns, ideally for a large or well‑known retail brand
  • Demonstrated ability to manage campaigns from planning through to execution
  • Confidence working across multiple stakeholders, priorities and deadlines
  • The ability to get up to speed quickly and make a meaningful contribution from the outset
  • Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
  • A practical approach and willingness to get hands‑on when needed
