We are seeking an experiencedExecutive Housekeeping Managerto lead a prestigious5-star hotel operation in Melbourne.

About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will oversee the housekeeping operation and lead a large team of Supervisors, Team Leaders, Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing housekeeping team.
• Oversee daily room and public area operations.
• Maintain luxury hotel cleanliness and service standards.
• Manage rosters, labour costs, productivity and KPIs.
• Recruit, train and performance-manage team members.
• Manage stock, equipment and housekeeping resources.
• Build strong relationships with hotel management and stakeholders.
• Ensure WHS and company standards are consistently met.
• Resolve guest concerns and drive continuous improvement.
• Recent experience as an Executive Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Executive Housekeeping Manager in a luxury 5-star hotel in Melbourne.
• Proven experience leading large housekeeping teams.
• Strong people management, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience managing labour budgets and productivity.
• Strong understanding of WHS requirements.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required.
