Onboarding Operations Specialist – 9 Month Contract

Location: Sydney, NSW (Onsite Role, No WFH)

Contract Length: 9 Months (with potential extension)

- Own the end-to-end registration and attendance tracking for onboarding events \n
- Schedule training sessions, manage logistics, and respond to queries via email/Slack \n
- Create and assign onboarding events and learning courses for each cohort \n
- Deliver clear and consistent communication using tools like Marketing Cloud and Slack \n
- Maintain calendars, collateral, and event tracking systems \n
- Set up virtual or in-person training spaces and provide concierge-level support \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements \n
- Juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision \n

What You’ll Bring:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills \n
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud or similar platforms (highly desirable) \n
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and independently manage tasks \n
- Project coordination or program management experience a plus \n
- A proactive mindset and solution-oriented approach to challenges \n
