Contract Administrator - Fit out
About the Company:
- Thiscompanyisfit outcontractorthatdoescommercialfit-outandretailprojects.
- Projects typically include Commercial, Office and Workspace fit outs, refurbishments and refits.
- Office is located intheinnerwest, with off-streetparking available.
- Theroleitselfwillbepredominantly office based butwillalsoincludesiteexposureaswell
Contract Administrators will ideally demonstrate the following:
- A strong understanding of the financial and commercial aspects of project delivery.
- Ideally 3-5 years' experience post-graduation in either Construction Management or Architecture.
- Must have commercial fit out construction experience.
- Open to meeting with people from Tier 1 and Tier 2 construction backgrounds as well as CAs that come from well-known fit-out contractors.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent resident
