Transformation Program Lead – Workforce Management (WFM)

About the opportunity
The Transformation Program Lead– Workforce Management (WFM) will lead the day-to-day delivery of the Workforce Management (WFM) Target State Design and Implementation Roadmap, a critical, multi-year, HR-led transformation program to strengthen workforce planning, academic workload allocation, scheduling, time and attendance, system integration, and compliance assurance across the University’s diverse employee cohorts, enabled through integrated WFM technology and data.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- • program leadership & integrated design and delivery
- • change and HR operating model uplift
- • stakeholder engagement & governance leadership
- • financial & resource management
- • governance and reporting.
About you
- • knowledge of Australian employment frameworks, industrial relations obligations and workforce compliance requirements
- • experience managing budgeting and financial controls on large-scale programs
- • strong commercial and negotiation capability, including contract structuring and vendor performance management
- • demonstrated experience leading large-scale enterprise platform procurement and vendor selection
- • deep experience in designing and implementing WFM or HR systems in large federated environments, ideally within the higher education or public sector
- • expertise in enterprise data, integration architecture and remediation strategy in complex system landscapes.
