Join our team as a casual PCW on night shifts! We're looking for an experienced, resilient, and compassionate care professional who is confident supporting clients living with dementia, delirium, and challenging behaviours. You'll deliver high-quality, person-centred care while promoting safety, dignity, and wellbeing. A flexible approach and willingness to travel are essential. Candidates available to start ASAP will be highly regarded.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing personal care such as showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assisting with mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques and equipment Supporting clients with meals, feeding, and hydration
- Helping clients with dressing and maintaining their personal appearance
- Offering companionship and emotional support to promote client wellbeing
- Performing light housekeeping tasks including making beds, doing laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Observing and reporting any changes in clients’ health or behavior
- Engaging clients in meaningful social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional wellbeing
- Collaborating with nurses and allied health professionals to ensure quality care
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with home care clients
- Must have an experience in caring for clients with delirium, dementia, and challenging behaviours
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability) or equivalent
- Must be available for night shifts
- Ability to start ASAP is preferred
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Must be willing to travel between client locations
- A current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Must have work rights in Australia
- A genuine passion for helping others and pride in delivering high-quality personal care services.
