To attract high-quality and experienced accounting professionals, Kinsella is offering a sign-on bonus for the successful candidate who joins the firm through this advertised opportunity.
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
We value great talent. This role includes a $10,000 signing bonus, payable on your one-year anniversary — on top of your competitive salary package.
The sign-on bonus is subject to employment terms and will be payable in accordance with Kinsella’s recruitment incentive policy.

This isn’t a “compliance-only” role. You will build commercial capability, not just technical skills.
What You Will Be Doing
Preparing financial statements, income tax returns and BAS for companies, trusts and high net worth individuals
Delivering proactive tax planning and structuring advice
Supporting advisory engagements and client meetings
Contributing to outsourced CFO engagements
Mentoring junior team members (Senior level)

About You
3+ years’ experience in public practice through to experienced Senior Accountants
Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance
CA/CPA qualified or working towards
Strong technical tax knowledge
Confident communicator who enjoys client interaction
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
