Job description

We’re hiring an experiencedManufacturing Engineerto join a new, state-of-the-art precision manufacturing facility in Horsham, PA.

This is a hands-on manufacturing engineering role focused ondeveloping, improving, and supporting production processesfor complex precision-manufactured components. You’ll work directly with Operations, Engineering, Quality, CNC Programming, and production teams to solve manufacturing challenges, improve processes, support new product introduction, and ensure jobs are fully prepared for production.

The right person will be comfortable working close to the manufacturing floor—not simply creating documentation, buttroubleshooting problems, improving processes, and driving jobs from development into stable production.

Compensation: $95,000–$133,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, implement, and continuously improvemanufacturing processes and production methods
  • Improveproductivity, quality, delivery, cost, and overall manufacturing performance
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing and machining issues directly with production teams
  • Identify root causes and implement practical, sustainable process improvements
  • Supportnew product introduction and production readiness
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, processes, and work instructions
  • Improvecycle time, quality, repeatability, workflow, and cost
  • Partner withCNC programmers, machinists, Quality, Operations, and Engineering
  • Help standardize manufacturing methods and establish repeatable processes
  • Take ownership of engineering projects from problem identification through shop-floor implementation

Requirements:

  • ExperiencedManufacturing Engineerfrom a production manufacturing environment
  • Strong background inmanufacturing process development and continuous improvement
  • Experience troubleshooting manufacturing problems and implementing process improvements
  • Strong understanding ofengineering drawings and manufacturing requirements
  • Experience supportingnew product introduction and production readiness
  • Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working directly withmachinists, CNC programmers, Quality, and Operations
  • Able to manage multiple engineering projects and drive them through completion
  • Comfortable spending significant timeon the manufacturing floor
