You will:

  • Manage a Positive Behaviour Support caseload within a supportive clinical framework
  • Complete assessments to identify factors contributing to behaviours of concern
  • Develop and review Positive Behaviour Support Plans aligned with contemporary evidence-based practice
  • Support the implementation of behaviour support strategies that uphold human rights and improve quality of life
  • Work with people supported, families, advocates and service delivery teams to achieve positive outcomes
  • Deliver training, coaching and practical support to staff implementing behaviour support strategies
  • Monitor the effectiveness of behaviour support plans and contribute to ongoing plan review and improvement
  • Collect, analyse and interpret data to evaluate outcomes and progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and clinical records
  • Participate in reflective practice, supervision and professional development activities
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to provide coordinated support
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement
