CHILL is looking for reliable Warehouse Storepeople to join our warehouse and distribution operations. Whether your strengths are in general warehouse and pick/packing work or you're an experienced, licensed forklift operator, there are opportunities to put your skills to work in a busy, practical environment.

What you'll be doing

Your day-to-day work will depend on your experience and the warehouse you join, but may include:

  • Receive, check and put away incoming stock

  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently

  • Load and unload vehicles using safe manual handling practices

  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment where licensed and authorised

  • Complete stock movements, scanning and inventory checks

  • Move and store stock safely and efficiently

  • Work in temperature-controlled and cold-chain environments where required

  • Keep warehouse areas clean, organised and safe

  • Follow workplace health and safety, quality and food-handling procedures

  • Work closely with the warehouse, transport and operations teams

Our warehouse pathways

General Warehouse & Pick/Packing

Ideal if you enjoy hands-on warehouse work and keeping orders and stock moving. You'll spend your time picking and packing orders, receiving and putting away stock, loading and unloading, completing stock movements and keeping the warehouse organised.

Forklift Operations

Ideal if you hold a current forklift licence and have experience operating in a warehouse environment. You'll focus more on safely moving, loading, unloading and storing stock, while also supporting general warehouse duties as needed.

What we're looking for

  • Previous warehouse, pick/pack, storeperson, forklift, distribution or logistics experience is desirable

  • A genuine commitment to safety, accuracy and quality

  • Reliable and consistent work habits

  • A practical, team-focused attitude

  • Good communication and the ability to follow instructions

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, including cold conditions where required

  • Physically capable of safely lifting, carrying and completing repetitive warehouse duties

  • A current forklift licence is required for forklift-based roles, but not essential for general warehouse and pick/packing roles

  • Right to work in Australia
