What You'll Be Doing

Getting out across Sydney every day, having real conversations with homeowners about solar and battery solutions

Applying the same rapport building and qualifying skills you've used on the shop floor, in a role that pays commission for them

Hitting daily targets alongside a competitive, high-energy team with live coaching every step of the way

Owning your patch, your pipeline, and your performance from week one with no hand-holding required

Developing a complete sales skill set that goes well beyond anything retail will ever give you

Being recognised and rewarded every week for results, not just for showing up and clocking hours

$70,000–$95,000 OTE, top performers earning significantly beyond that
