Job description

Project: This project aims to modernise and enhance Smartek's cloud-based compliance platform, improving functionality, user experience, and automation. The goal is to deliver a faster, smarter, and more intuitive solution that helps clients manage compliance, contractors, and visitors with ease.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and capable Full Stack Developer to join our team. If you enjoy solving complex problems and writing clean and secure code, we'd love to hear from you.

Core Skills

  • C# / .NET
  • T-SQL / SQL Server
  • SQL Server (cloud-hosted)

Front-End

Highly Regarded

  • Xamarin Forms or React Native mobile app development
  • Experience with A.I assisted development tools

About You

You have 6+ years of professional development experience and a deep understanding of both backend and frontend technologies. You excel at:

  • Producing secure, maintainable, and scalable code
  • Logical thinking and complex problem solving
  • Working independently but collaborating effectively with the wider team

This role will operate within our Smartek department, supporting the delivery and ongoing development of Smartek, our cloud-based compliance management platform.

Smartek provides businesses with an integrated solution to manage company compliance, contractor management, visitor management, inductions, and workplace documentation in one secure, streamlined system.
