The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers regarding both warranty (non-paid) and non-warranty (paid) services, addressing various issues raised online, and ensuring effective communication with both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 1. Process RMAs: Handle both warranty and non-warranty repair requests, ensuring accurate processing for non-paid and paid repair work.
2. 2. Customer Communication: Provide clear and professional communication with customers, addressing their concerns, providing updates, and ensuring a positive service experience.
3. 3.Clearly explain damage assessment reports and professionally negotiate repair/replacement costs with customers.
4. 4. Testing: Test units for functionality, specifically under tethered safety conditions for take-off and landing.
5. 5. Certification: Certify that repaired or replaced units meet the required standards and are fully operational.
