Job Description Key responsibilities \n

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather,analyse, and document requirements .
  
\n
• Break down large, ambiguous problems into smaller,well-defined tasks or use cases.
  
\n
• Create process flows, user stories, functionalspecifications , and other artifacts.
  
\n
• Translate business needs into logical, structured,and actionable requirements .
  
\n
• Work closely with developers, testers, and UX/UI teamsto ensure accurate implementation.
  
\n
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and brainstormingsessions to uncover root causes.
  
\n
• Perform gap analysis , impact assessments, anddata analysis as needed.
  
\n
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing testcases and validating deliverables.
  
\n
• Act as a liaison between business users and technicalteams throughout the project lifecycle.
  
\n

Required skills and qualifications : \n

\n
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in asimilar role.
  
\n
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills —able to approach problems methodically.
  
\n
• Excellent communication skills — able to explaincomplex ideas simply.
  
\n
• Experience in writing clear, structureddocumentation (e.g., user stories, use cases, BRDs).
  
\n
• Comfortable with process mapping tools (e.g.,Griffy, Visio).
  
\n
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  
\n

Nice to Have: \n

\n
• Exposure to low-code platforms (e.g., Appian, Pega,Power Platform).
  
\n
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similartools.
  
\n
• Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools.
  
\n
• Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA are a plus.
  
\n
