Kevin Holt Consulting is a privately owned Surveying and Town Planning business based in Brisbane. We are a growing practice that offers a quality and professional service to our clients.

We are seeking a Full Time Data Entry officer. The objective of the role is to ensure accuracy and timely processing of client orders, which is used to determine daily schedules for technicians and office staff. The role can be fast-paced, and requires a high level of organisation and attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manually entering client orders from multiple email accounts into the job management system
• Liaising with clients, technicians and office personnel
• Assisting with client calls and bookings.
• Resolving any job and client queries.

You will Bring:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
• Intermediate to advanced data entry skills
• Data processing and / or construction background
• Good communication skills and ability to develop relationships with clients
