Tugger Pickers & High Reach Forklift Operators – Wingfield

Labourpower is currently seeking experienced Tugger Pickers and High Reach Forklift Operators to join a busy liquor distribution warehouse based in Wingfield, SA.

We are looking for reliable and experienced warehouse workers who are confident operating equipment, using RF scanners, and working in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Available Roles

Tugger Pickers – Electric Ride-On Pallet Jack

As a Tugger Picker, you will be operating an electric ride-on pallet jack/tugger throughout the warehouse to pick and prepare orders for dispatch.

Your duties will include:

  • Operating an electric ride-on pallet jack/tugger

  • Picking liquor orders throughout the warehouse

  • Using RF scanners to locate, pick and confirm stock

  • Picking cartons accurately to customer orders

  • Building and wrapping pallets

  • Manual handling and repetitive lifting of cartons

  • Moving completed orders to designated dispatch areas

  • Meeting picking accuracy and productivity targets

  • Following all warehouse and equipment safety procedures

Previous experience operating an electric ride-on pallet jack/tugger and using RF scanners is essential.

High Reach Forklift Operators

Your duties will include:

  • Operating High Reach forklifts

  • Putaways and replenishment

  • Picking and moving pallets throughout the warehouse

  • Using RF scanners for stock movements

  • Replenishing pick locations

  • Loading and unloading where required

  • Working safely around pedestrians and other warehouse equipment

  • Assisting with general warehouse duties when required

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment

  • Previous electric ride-on pallet jack/tugger experience for Tugger Picker positions

  • Previous RF scanning experience – ESSENTIAL

  • Current LF Forklift Licence for High Reach positions

  • Demonstrated High Reach forklift experience

  • Ability to provide a current National Police Clearance

  • Ability and willingness to complete required screening and onboarding through Scarlett, Labourpower’s AI recruitment chatbot

  • Strong picking accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment

  • Ability to perform repetitive manual handling

  • Reliable transport to and from Wingfield

  • Strong reliability, punctuality and attendance

  • Ability to follow site safety procedures

  • Ability to pass required pre-employment Drug & Alcohol testing
