The Role
- End-to-end management of a small residential rental portfolio
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and trades
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Preparing leases, notices, and routine correspondence
- Managing arrears, renewals, and routine inspections
- Light reception duties and general office administration
- Supporting the team as required
About You (Essential)
- Proven residential property management experience (essential)
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Confident handling tenant and landlord communication
- High attention to detail and compliance awareness
- Professional, reliable, and self-managed
- Comfortable working independently within established systems
