We represent diverse experiences and backgrounds which strengthens our team and mirrors the healthcare communities we engage.**Main responsibilities:**Support Medical Advisor or medical team members with development and dissemination of scientific/medical information with relevant stakeholders and implementation of local medical education programs to raise standards of care and change clinical practiceSupport Medical Advisor or Medical team members in the identification of key external partnersSupport Medical Advisor or medical team members with development of scientific content/materialFollow the Pharmacovigilance (PV) principles and reporting of adverse events related to RD/RBD portfolioCollaborate with other cross-functional departments including Marketing, Sales, Communications, Public Affairs and Market Access in areas relevant to the assigned projectContribute to updates for cross-functional brand team meetingsAdhere to expenditure within cost centre budget and in line with strategyPrepare internal presentations of scientific data relevant to your projectAssist Medical Advisor with developing annual medical plans (to support annual brand plan development).Participate in or attend external presentations when relevant to the assigned projectResponsible for upholding Sanofi internal policies and Medicines Australia Code of Conduct compliance requirementsAbility to work independently with a solutions-oriented and balanced approach to ambiguity**About you:**Eligibility requirements: bachelor’s or master’s degree graduates, or candidates with up to 2 years of professional work experience**Education/Experience/Certification:**Medical Degree or Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline (life science or pharmacy) ORPostgraduate specialist qualifications in a medical /science field (e.g. MSc/PhD) OR 2 years of professional work experience**Essential Skills and Experience:**Broad biological sciences knowledge.Ability to synthesise and communicate scientific medical information (verbal and written) with attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.Excellent planning and time management skills.Excellent computer/ software application skills; proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.Strong initiative and eagerness to take ownership of role once project goals and tasks are set**Desirable Skills and Experience:**Previous project management experienceLiteracy in omnichannel communication with demonstrable skills in digital content creation, Adobe Illustrator and video editingStrong analytical skills relating to data and metrics analysing performance of initiatives across channels to identify opportunities, analyse competitors and drive insightsPursue progress , discover extraordinaryBetter is out there.
