We are seeking a motivated Vehicle Handover & Delivery Coordinator to join our factory-owned dealership in Alexandria on a permanent full-time basis.
In this role, you will coordinate vehicle delivery processes and support seamless customer handovers, ensuring every Porsche delivery reflects the premium experience our brand is known for. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the preparation for all assigned deliveries including the physical handover to customers
Act as the Porsche ambassador, between a Sales Consultant and a customer, ensuring that expectations are being exceeded
Assist Sales Consultants with the efficient administration of vehicle sales processes and requirements
Arrange for the installation of dealer-fitted accessories, such as floor mats, roof racks or performance upgrades
Prepare all required documentation and gifting
Develop and maintain accurate administration of pre-delivery inspections, quality control checks, customer profile documentation and monthly reporting
Provide a memorable vehicle handover experience for each customer to ensure high level of customer satisfaction

What You Bring
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building positive relationships
Strong customer service, sales and communication skills
A commitment to creating a memorable and premium vehicle handover experience
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
Previous automotive dealership or vehicle delivery experience will be highly regarded
A professional presentation, positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Flexibility to work a 5-day roster, including Saturdays
A current and valid driver's licence
