Exciting opportunity to join a growing automotive dealership representing Geely and XPENG.
We are looking for an experienced Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our team and help build our F&I operation across both brands.
We are also open to experienced Automotive Sales Consultants looking to make the move into F&I. If you have a strong automotive sales background, a proven track record and the drive to develop your career, we are willing to train the right person and provide the support needed to succeed in F&I.
About the Role
Manage the end-to-end finance and insurance process.
Present finance, insurance and protection products to customers.
Work closely with the Sales Team to maximise finance opportunities.
Manage finance applications from submission through to settlement.
Build strong relationships with customers and finance partners.
Ensure all F&I processes meet compliance and manufacturer requirements.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
Previous F&I experience OR automotive vehicle sales experience with a desire to transition into F&I.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
A proven track record of achieving sales and performance targets.
A professional, proactive and results-driven approach.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
A genuine commitment to customer service and compliance.
The motivation to learn, develop and grow with the business.
