Location: Redlands, CA
Position: Temporary Seasonal Security Officer
Employment Dates: November 1, 2026 – January 1, 2027
Job Type: Part-Time, Temporary/Seasonal
Pay Rate:$20.00 per hour
Work Location: In Person

Schedule

Swing shifts available:

  • Swing Shift
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Flexible scheduling may be required based on client and site needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and exceptional security service to clients, customers, and employees.
  • Perform duties and tasks assigned by the client, site supervisor, or management.
  • Monitor, patrol, maintain, and inspect assigned areas and facilities.
  • Enforce site rules, regulations, and policies in a professional manner.
  • Respond to incidents, gather relevant information, and complete accurate incident reports.
  • Contact law enforcement, fire, medical, or other emergency personnel when appropriate.
  • Maintain a visible security presence and help promote a safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Follow all company, client, and site-specific policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of security experience required.
  • Valid California Driver's License required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
  • Must be professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays during the seasonal assignment.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods as required.

REQUIRED – NO EXCEPTIONS

  • Valid California Driver's License
  • At least 3 years of security experience

Pay:$20.00 per hour

  • 401(k)
  • Health insurance, subject to eligibility and applicable plan requirements

This is a temporary seasonal, part-time position running from November 1, 2026 through January 1, 2027.
