Murray Primary Health Network – Bendigo VIC

Our Officer Contracts Systems and Reporting uses their excellent attention to detail and systems-first mindset to support efficient, organisation-wide contracting commissioning activities. With a focus on uplifting organisational capability and streamlining procurement and contracts functions, this is an impactful role in a very collaborative and close-knit team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Configure and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights into contracting activity.
  • Reconcile contract records monthly and fix any mismatches to keep our systems clean and reliable.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training for contracting and procurement systems users, including developing easy-to-follow guides and bite-sized learning modules.
  • Monitor progress, flag bottlenecks, and help issue contracts quickly and correctly using DocuSign.
  • Support data clean up and integrity, improve workflows, and support grant rounds, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

About You

The Procurement and Contracts team works in support of each other with a focus on high-quality outcomes that contribute to Murray PHN’s operational efficiency.Anability to progress work autonomously while working in unison with your team and stakeholders will be valuable to your success in the position.

Key Capabilities

  • Demonstrated experience in contract administration or a related field, or a combination of qualifications and experience in commerce or procurement.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, with proven ability to reconcile records, identify variances, and coordinate corrective actions to maintain systems integrity.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver structured onboarding and training in business systems.
  • Strong digital literacy with experience using reporting toolsto produce dashboards.
  • Effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across teams to support workflow visibility and continuous improvement initiatives.
