THE ROLE

Join a well-established and growing real estate agency with a strong presence across Western Sydney. You’ll manage a straightforward residential portfolio with excellent support around you. A dedicated leasing team assists with the leasing function, while an experienced Department Head and General Manager provide hands‑on support and guidance. This is an ideal opportunity for a Property Manager looking for a stable agency where the workload is structured, support is readily available and you can focus on providing a high level of service to your landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a straightforward residential portfolio
  • Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance
  • Manage arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals
  • Handle tenancy matters and resolve issues efficiently
  • Prepare for and attend NCAT matters when required
  • Ensure compliance with NSW tenancy legislation
  • Work closely with the dedicated leasing team
  • Maintain accurate records and provide a high level of client service

THE PERSON

  • Previous Property Management experience
  • Strong knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislation
  • Confident communicating with landlords and tenants
  • Organised with strong time‑management skills
  • Professional and solutions‑focused approach
  • Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Looking for a stable, supportive long‑term opportunity
