About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team at Martin and Pleasance (M&P) in our Port Melbourne office. This full-time, on-site role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients while generating sales and taking orders. You will be part of a small, supportive team reporting to our Customer Service Manager.

What your day would look like:

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email and providing knowledgeable and friendly assistance.
• Processing orders and managing customer accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
• Providing sales support by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant products and services.
• Conducting outbound sales calls to generate orders.
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation to support customer interactions.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures.
• Assisting with general administrative tasks as required.

What you will bring to the role:

• Proven experience in a customer service support role, ideally within the natural health industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
• Knowledge in using relevant software and systems, including CRM and order management tools.
• A commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service and achieving sales targets.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in homeopathy/naturopathy are beneficial but not essential.
• A team player.
