About the Employer
Our client delivers construction and engineering projects across transport, energy and Australian infrastructure.
The Opportunity
Support an on-site wind energy construction team in South Australia’s Mid North region. This opportunity suits applicants living locally who can coordinate practical administration for project leaders and site personnel.
Responsibilities
• Keep site files, registers and project records accurate and ready for audit.
• Coordinate worker onboarding, inductions, training evidence and access requirements.
• Assist with purchase orders, timesheets, travel and accommodation.
• Provide daily support to project management and site leadership.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and employees to resolve administrative needs.
Requirements
Skills, Education and Requirements
• Administration experience, preferably in construction, mining, infrastructure or a related environment.
• Current South Australian driver licence.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and clear written and verbal communication.
• Organisation, accuracy and the ability to balance competing deadlines.
• A reliable, proactive approach to supporting a busy site team.
