Role Overview \n
\nAs the Project Manager, your principal mission will be to manage the delivery of BEMS projects - from the handoff from the sales team right through to detailed design, site delivery, and completion. You'll be instrumental in assessing construction issue information and managing RFIs and will play an indispensable role in securing client satisfaction and project margin.\n

Key Responsibilities \n
\nDesign and manage the delivery of BEMS projects, taking them from sales handover to detailed design, delivery, and completion\n
\nMaintain a high level of communication with the customers and ensure project milestones are met\n
\nAssess construction issue information and manage RFIs\n
\nPrepare control schedules, descriptions of operation, and network schematics, making sure to meet agreed modes of operation\n
\nProcure hardware, field equipment, control panels, and installation resources\n
\nCollate site reports, issue O&M manuals, and coordinate progress meetings with customers\n
\nIdentify and communicate any risks during the projects\n
\nProtect margin on projects through effective planning and efficient deployment of resources\n
\nThe Ideal Candidate\n
\nHas prior experience in BEMS project management and engineering\n
\nIs technically competent with knowledge of HVAC plant and control applications\n
\nPossesses a sound knowledge of Trend, Tridium, Schneider EcoStruxure and other legacy systems\n
\nHas a commercial mindset to protect margin during project delivery\n
\nIs customer-centric with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written\n
\nHolds a full driving license and is IT literate\n
\nIs able to work under pressure, prioritise workloads, and work unsupervised\n
