We're growing across Melbourne — and we're looking for Speech Pathologists who are passionate about delivering real outcomes, with the support of a multidisciplinary team behind them.

What you’ll do:<\/b>
\n <\/h3>\n

  Provide therapy across communication, literacy, swallowing, language and social skills
  \n <\/p><\/li>

\n
• \n

  Work with clients in homes, schools, clinics, and the community
  \n <\/p><\/li>

\n
• \n

  Deliver services via telehealth, community visits, and at our Brisbane hubs
  \n <\/p><\/li>

\n
• \n

  Complete assessments, AT recommendations and reports
  \n <\/p><\/li>

\n
• \n

  Collaborate with experienced clinicians across multiple disciplines
  \n <\/p><\/li>

\n
• \n

  Use great systems (not clunky ones) to keep your admin simple
  \n <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

  New to the profession? You won’t be flying solo.<\/b>

  We offer a fully structured 12 -month graduate program<\/b> that includes:

    A full week of induction + a couple of weeks of shadowing to ease you in
    \n <\/p><\/li>

    Weekly 1:1 supervision and clinical mentoring

    Group mentoring, skills workshops, and peer connection
    \n <\/p><\/li>

  • \n

    Regular PD, internal speakers and hands -on learning

    Requirements<\/h3> What you’ll need:<\/b>

      Speech Pathology degree + SPA registration (or eligibility)
      \n <\/p><\/li>

      WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check & Police Check
      \n <\/p><\/li>

      Driver’s licence + reliable car<\/b>
      \n <\/b><\/p><\/li>
