Nursing - General Medical & Surgical - Future Health
I’m looking for an experienced registered nurse to join my growing private in-person and telehealth practice, providing holistic medical care and practical support to help patients improve their health.
My clinical focus includes integrative preventive health, lifestyle medicine, perimenopause and menopause, and medical weight management
The role includes:
- Conducting initial nurse assessments, reviewing patient concerns, health information and goals.
- Joining medical consultations with me to coordinate the agreed plan.
- Providing weekly online check-ins to help patients put recommendations into practice.
- Monitoring progress, responding to appropriate clinical queries and escalating concerns to me.
- Maintaining clear clinical documentation and working closely with admin.
You’ll bring:
- Current AHPRA registration as a registered nurse.
- Relevant experience in general practice, chronic disease management or telehealth.
- Strong communication skills and sound clinical judgement.
- An interest in preventive health and supporting sustainable lifestyle change.
- Confidence with technology and a private workspace for telehealth.
This is an Australian-based remote role (but can be in person if you are local to port Mac region), starting with a small number of regular paid hours and scope to grow. Hours and remuneration will be agreed according to experience and availability. Training in our clinical pathways and systems will be provided.
