Supported by a team of experienced disputes lawyers and a dedicated administrative function, you’ll work across a broad mix of challenging and high-quality matters while enjoying direct access to senior practitioners, mentoring and a genuinely collaborative team environment.

- Commercial and corporate disputes
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Competition and consumer law matters
- Intellectual property disputes
- Construction and property litigation
- Contractual and business disputes

This role offers exposure to a sophisticated and varied commercial litigation practice, including:
- Commercial and corporate disputes
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Competition and consumer law matters
- Intellectual property disputes
- Construction and property litigation
- Contractual and business disputes
- Insolvency and restructuring matters
- Urgent interlocutory applications and strategic dispute resolution
You’ll act for a diverse client base including ASX-listed companies, private equity firms, founders, SMEs, government entities and not-for-profit organisations across sectors including technology, manufacturing, agriculture, property, mining and digital innovation.
Importantly, the firm has an established client base and strong referral network, meaning there is no expectation that you generate work or bring clients with you.

ABOUT YOU
We are interested in speaking with lawyers who have:
- 2+ years PAE in commercial litigation
- Strong technical litigation and dispute resolution skills
- A commercially minded and practical approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A collaborative approach and genuine interest in working as part of a team
- A desire to work on high-quality matters within a supportive and sustainable environment
