Client

\nA long standing ICG client is looking for a highly experienced expert hardship and arrears specialist to join their team for up to 4 months full time or 6 months part-time\n
\nRole\n
\n

\n

Reporting to the CEO of mortgages, the accredited professional will work with the broader team to effect a reduction in customers in arrears and hardship.

\n
\n

Key Deliverables:

\n
\n

\n
\n
• Baseline current approach and process and policy
  
\n
\n
• Identify arrears for immediate improvement, based on benchmarks and industry insights
  
\n
\n
• Identify more significant initiatives and the investments required to support them
  
\n
\n
• Roll their sleeves up and assist with implementation
  
\n
\n

\n
Skills and experience required: \n
\n

\n
\n
• Deep and proven experience in the Australian mortgage lending sector
  
\n
\n
• Full fluency with all relevant regulation (Government and ABA)
  
\n
\n
• Stakeholder interfacing / engaging with senior peers and credit, policy and process teams to receive required inputs / data
  
\n
\n
• Consulting diagnostic, gap, improvement plan, operationalisation experience
  
\n
\n

Rate : The net payment to the consultant will be $110K + GST, so the daily rate will be agreed based on seniority and agreed engagement days
